Racquetball

Okay, this is on the humurous side. Sara and I play racquetball regularly and there has been a few times where I got hit fairly hard with the ball by her, enough to make a red mark and once was on the back of my head which was the worst one. Now, in racquetball you have to be on your toes and quick, and you always know to duck down when the other person is in the back hitting the ball because you can't always look around, and you always wear goggles to protect your eyes. We do not play competitive tournament style games but still good enough. So, she always feels so very bad when this happens and I try and tell her to stop feeling so bad, this is part of the game, its just what comes with it, you accept this fact. She has escaped getting hit so far, until this past Saturday!!! She got hit finally. She had served and I hit it and I had meant to aim in the other direction (honestly) but it ended up hitting the back of her arm and it made a red spot!
So I said "I'm so sorry, I really was not doing that intentionally", she said "okay so now I feel a lot better because of all the times you've gotten it". So a few minutes later I said "did it make a red spot" she said "YES, look" and I said "do you want me to take a picture", she laughed and thought I was kidding and so I went out to my bag to get my phone to take a picture.

Here is the proof......
