How flattering...

Our church has services on Sunday morning, Sunday night, and on Wednesday night we do Bible study. The first Wednesday night of each month our church does group study, so our men go one way, and our ladies stay out front for our mission study, which is what we had last night.
Last night, we had several ladies in charge of the program, each taking a turn of about 15 minutes to do her part of the study. When it came to the last lady teaching her part, her lesson was about ME! I was shocked and flattered. She spoke of how she recalled something I had shared with her about 12 years ago, and how it had changed her life. It was a touching story she told, and I was humbled to think that I had made a true difference to someone!
Just remember, when you speak to others, you may be impressing something upon them that YOU may not remember, but it could be something that could change them forever!

How nice! That is always a rewarding feeling to know that you have made a difference in someone's life. And that is very true, and is why its so important to be the best you can be because whether we realize it or not others are watching us and if you are giving your best in everything then you just might be being a positive influence on them especially if they are a lost soul, just by them observing your actions says a whole lot. And also in watching what we say being sure to lift others up and encourage them even if it means tough love sometimes.

And I feel that you are making a difference on this little board as well! I appreciate your posts and I admire your strength!!
